Interactive Voice Response (IVR) Telephone PIN (TPIN) for Self Service

Dear Valued Customer,

We wish to advise that we have made a slight change on the Interactive Voice Response (IVR) menu that is more conducive to everyone. Please use the below chart as a guide.

Guide on IVR Telephone PIN (TPIN) Registration for Payment & Billing Inquiry

Simply visit our website at www.jaring.my and login to Self Care portal for onetime Registration by following the simple steps below:-

  1. Login with your Customer ID and password.

  1. On your left navigator menu click on IVR TPIN

  1. Your Service package will be displayed, please click on the respective package.

  1. Please enter your active email address and submit. Your TPIN will be sent to this email address.

  1. Please verify your account information and click confirm.

  1. Congratulations! Your IVR TPIN has been successfully created.
