JARING membership program is launched to express JARING's appreciation to its loyal customers.

There is no subscription fee required. Each customer of JARING will automatically become a member.

Upon signing up a service with JARING, customer will be issued a membership card that displays customer's name, customer ID and customer email address. The information will be used for any communication between JARING and its customer.

This membership card will be issued only to those who sign-up from 22^nd October 2007 onwards. Those who registered before 22^nd October 2007, no membership card will be issued. However, all consumers are entitled to participate in OneRewards Program. Kindly check your points (if any) in JARING Selfcare.

Terms and Conditions of Membership

1. The membership is open to all active JARING Communications Sdn. Bhd ("JARING") customers ("Member") above 18 years of age who agree to participate in the membership program ("Program").
2. Each Member will be issued a membership card ("Card") upon registering with JARING.
3. The Card is not a credit card or charge card.
4. The membership shall be terminated immediately upon:
   1. death of the Member
   2. termination of the JARING service(s) subscribed by the Member
   In the case whereby a Member subscribes to more than one JARING service, the membership shall only be terminated when the Member terminates all JARING services that he subscribes.
5. In the event that the membership is terminated (whether the termination is made by JARING or the Member), all unredeemed points and rebates acquired under the Program prior to such termination will automatically become null and void.
6. JARING reserves the right to decline without notice the issuance of or withdraw the Card at any time or terminate the membership as and when deem necessary without notice.
7. JARING reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Program at any time it deems necessary. In such a case, JARING shall give advance notice to Member in the manner JARING deems appropriate.
8. JARING reserves the right to omit, add or amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
9. Any tax arising from a Member's participation in the Program is the responsibility of the Member.
10. The Card is not transferable and is for the exclusive use of the Member.
11. If the Card is stolen, lost or damaged, a fee of RM5.00 will be charged for a replacement.
12. JARING reserves the right to use and utilise information collected under the Program for promotional and marketing purposes.
13. JARING staff and their family members are not eligible to the membership of the Program.
