Package Details:

1. Promotion is applicable for NEW applicants only
2. Speed of service is on "best effort" basis
3. Service is subject to availability and coverage areas
4. Installation fee is paid direct to installer and is not refundable
5. Only JARING's approved soft phone, modem and phone adapter may be used. The warranty period for the modem supplied by JARING is 12 months-manufacturing defects
6. The telephone set and phone adapter are not supplied by JARING
7. The package includes:
   • Free E-mail accounts-1+ 5 accounts
   • Free MY015 phone lines (worth RM10/month)
   • Free MY015 Calls worth RM20 (one time only) valid for 30 days upon activation
   • Free MY015 Community Calls (on-net)
   • Free registration fee (worth RM75)
   • Wireless modem is inclusive.
8. Customer must pay initial payment upon registration.
• Activation fee - RM80 (one time) and non refundable.
• For foreigner registration - RM80 (one time) plus 3 months fee in advance.

  • Cheques should be made payable to "JARING Communications Sdn Bhd", crossed and marked 'Account Payee Only'.
  • Please write you name, CustomerID, type of service and contact number on the reverse side of cheque.
  • Outstation cheques, please add a minimum commission rate of 50 sen or 0.03% of the value of cheque, whichever is higher.
10. For any modem lost/stolen or not return during termination within Minimum Subscription Period (MSP) the charge is RM229.
11. MY015 calls are charged based on published the rates.
12. Termination within the Minimum Subscription Period (MSP) shall be subjected to payment for the remaining balance of the contract.
