1. JARING Flite peak speed is up to 10Mbps.
2. Service subject to availability and technical testing.
3. Please bring along the documents below to support your application:
1. Photocopy of National Identity Card (MyKad).
2. Copy of utility bill or handphone bill is required. Please being the original documents for verification.
3. If your utility bill is registered under different name, please fill in Letter of Authorisation.
4. Termination within the Minimum Subscription Period (MSP) shall be subjected to payment of the remaining balance of the contract.
5. Registration and payment can be done through:

• Cheques
  • Cheques should be made payable to "JARING Communications Sdn Bhd", crossed and marked 'Account Payee Only'.
  • Please write your name, Customer ID, types of service and contact number on the reverse side of the cheque.
  • Outstation cheques, please add a minimum commission rate of 50 sen or 0.03% of the value of cheque, whichever is higher.
6. JARING Flite WiFi peak speed up to 384Kbps will be given free for subscribers of JARING Flite.
7. Adding/removing of Ethernet port would be done after 30 days notice. The change will take effect in the next billing cycle.
